Kaiser Permanente Appoints New Community Benefit Manager for Marin-Sonoma Area

Kaiser Permanente (KP) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeannie Dulberg as the new Community Benefit (CB) manager for Marin-Sonoma.

According to Public Affairs Director Carl Campbell, “Her responsibilities will include overseeing the annual KP Community Grant Program for Marin and Sonoma counties, and collaborating with community partners to address public health concerns, identify vulnerable populations, and strengthen the safety net of local care.”

Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente, Dulberg served as an educational programming consultant for such clients as Sonoma Health Alliance, Santa Rosa Junior College, and the Ratna Ling Retreat Center.

She also served as a national project director for the YMCA, managed the SRJC Healthcare Workforce Development Program and SSU Community Counseling Center, and worked as a social worker with the Sonoma County Department of Health and Human Services.

“Along with outstanding administration, leadership, and fiscal management skills, Dulberg has an in-depth understanding of socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic influences that affect our local communities” Campbell said.

Jeannie is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and holds an MA in Counseling from Sonoma State University and a BA in Recreation Administration from Chico State University.
