Petaluma Community Access Gears Up for the 2012 PCA Board of Directors Election

Petaluma Community Access is having its annual Board of Directors Election this October. The PCA Board of Directors Nomination Committee will announce their nominations for the vacant board seats at the PCA Board of Directors Meeting on August 21, 2012.

 

Any individual member in good standing may be nominated by PCA members to appear on the ballot. Nomination petitions are required and may be obtained on our website at www.pca.tv/page/plansreports/ or by visiting our office at 205 Keller Street, Suite 102 during business hours Monday-Tuesday & Thursday-Friday from 2:00-8:00 pm and Saturday from 11:00-3:00 pm. Nomination petitions must be signed by ten (10) PCA members in good standing and returned to PCA no later than 8:00 pm on Tuesday, September 11, 2012.

 

Anyone wishing to vote in this year’s election must be an active member, become a member or renew their membership by September 7, 2012, our date of record. A list of all current members is posted at the PCA office.

 

Ballots will be mailed Friday, September 14, 2012 to all members in good standing and must be returned to PCA no later than 5:00 pm on October 4, 2012.

 

Make sure you are an active member of PCA by September 7, 2012 so you can vote!

 

Petaluma Community Access (PCA) is a North Bay media center that serves as the PEG Access cablecast operator for the City of Petaluma. Through its low cost membership programs, PCA provides training to the community in television and radio production. PCA is a tax exempt, 501C3 public benefit corporation.

Just like they question the science of climate change, the right-wingers funding the Drakes BayRead More Oyster Farm's effort to break their deal with the National Park Service now are questioning the peer-reviewed science that led to the decision to end the marine slime and plastic pollution from the corporation's operation. And hate to break it to the author, but Cause of Action is a right-wing funded legal (tax exempt of course) group that takes on conservative causes, such as this effort to overturn the Obama Administration's correct decision to enforce the deal the Lunny's made.
