Host an International Stipend + Local Staff Provided

Do you have a loving family and a spare room available at your home? Invite an international student to stay with you this year during his or her high school experience in the U.S.

*OR* refer someone you know, and you can receive a referral bonus when they are approved to host!

We seek qualified host families to provide a safe and nurturing home environment for international high
school students attending local Petaluma private high school.

The students have their own insurance and spending money. The family should speak English at home and ensure that the student eats 3 nutritious meals per day. Being able to involve the student in family events and activities is a big plus.

We will provide you with host family training and 24-7 emergency support throughout the school year, as well as regular group activities for you and the student to share with other participating families.

If you would like to take advantage of this unique opportunity to make a difference in a young person's life

with an enriching intercultural experience for your family, please respond by providing a brief description of your home and why it would make a great place for the student to stay during the year.

You can learn more about our program, and submit a Host Inquiry online, at www.gphomestay.com.

or email me (Amy Rock, local Petaluman)  for more information at:

Even if you are unable to host a student, perhaps you know someone who may have an interest. We

will provide you with a referral bonus for each family you refer to GP who we approve to host! We are searching for qualified host families throughout the country, so do not feel restricted to only recommend hosts within your neighborhood. Please share the GP inquiry page: http://www.gphomestay.com/host_inquiry.php

We’ve removed the ability to reply as we work to make improvements. Learn more here
