Jeffrey Halford & The Healers will provide some 'musical healing' for the holidays at the Lagunitas Brewing Company On Saturday, Dec. 22, at 3 p.m. A recent review in the L.A. Examiner of Jeffrey's Broken Chord album calls it "a musical mélange of Americana/folk, rockabilly, roots rock, blues and pop...a timeless ten-track work that poses political ponderings and raises the roof." Charlie Brown has become a part of the holiday season. On Saturday, Dec. 22, at 7 p.m., enjoy “The Jazz Music from A Charlie Brown Christmas” at The Vine, 1129 Industrial Ave, Petaluma. The Jim Martinez Trio and jazz vocalist Laura Didier will perform holiday songs from the classic Peanuts shows. The show starts at 7 p.m., and will take place at The Vine Church of Petaluma, 1129 Industrial Ave, Suite 208 in Petaluma. Are you ready to fly? CirqueFly Sonoma County is offering classes for adults and kids 8 and up on Saturday, Dec. 22, 12 p.m., at 434 Payran Street. The cost is $25. It’s a bite-sized taste of the cirque-inspired art form that’s also a toning workout. Award-winning cirque performer and coach Cypher Zero leads the way. On Sunday, Dec. 23, Petaluma United Methodist Church (410 D St.) is hosting a free Holiday Craft Faire beginning at 1 p.m. For the first time ever, select from artisanal crafts (locally made), hand-knit and crocheted items, needlepoint, jewelry, handmade paper boxes, market baskets, notecards, candy, breads, jam, pickles, treats and toys. They are also offering soup and cornbread (dine-in or take-out) for a donation of $5. All proceeds will go toward replacement of the oven hood in their kitchen. It’s the last day of the Holiday Craft Faire so expect bargains galore.
