Just Walking My ... Can You Guess?

Surprise walking companions on Wilson Avenue.

We were enjoying a ragtop cruise through Novato the other night. The air was brisk, the night was perfect.

As we cruised down Wilson Avenue, we could not believe our eyes. We had to stop and chat to Marsha and Marissa Mays to find out all about their goat walking.

We were surprised to find out they had just adopted Lucy, a 4-year-old mother goat and Mr. T, her 4-month-old son.

The goats were easy to leash train and walk approximately one mile in the evenings. The goats are very social and even like their dog.

The Mays have throughly enjoyed their new goats, they see more goats in their future.

Hey, that looks like our goat, but we never walk it on Wilson.

Bob, Have you tried? They mentioned they are great pets and keep their yard well manicured.

I've always wanted a pet goat - they're just so darn cute!

Sue Goats are great on a leash!...but ours is way old, I think about 15...Grandpa thought it was "neat" at the time. They are funny creatures though, and those eyes!...great pictures, as usual...

How easy is it to keep a goat? I have a back field that would be great for a goat. What kind of fencing? They sure are cute.
