Quarry Heights Development off Petaluma Blvd on Track
Model homes will be ready by this June, says developer KB Homes
Quarry Heights, the new 47-acre subdivision off Petaluma Boulevard South is making good progress and will begin showing model units as early as this June, according to an article in the Argus Courier. A total of 272 units will be built at the former Dutra Quarry site overlooking Highway 101, which should be completed by 2015.
In recent months, traffic has been reduced to one lane on that stretch of road as crews worked to grade the hillside and pave roads.
