Calling All Artists - For the Love of Art

Express your artistic talents and support Petaluma City Ballet at the same time.

“Alice in Wonderland” is the theme for Petaluma City Ballet’s Second Annual For the Love of Art fundraiser. This year PCB is teaming up with Sonoma State University’s Art from the Heart to celebrate a full weekend of Southern Sonoma County art, culminating with a progressive gallery tour in downtown Petaluma on Sunday, January 22 featuring a live dance performance by members of Petaluma City Ballet and music by John Allair, best known for his work with Van Morrison.

Once again artists will use a pointe shoe as their canvas and are encouraged to create works within the theme for display and sale in downtown Petaluma galleries and businesses December 2011 to January 2012. All proceeds will benefit Petaluma City Ballet’s 2011 / 2012 season of dance.
