The Hieroglyphics are an underground hip-hop collective formed in Oakland in the early '90s. It's fronted by Teren Delvon Jones, better known as Del tha Funky Homosapien.
The group is known for its jazzy beats and funky samples and has collaborated with artists like Black Eyed Peas, Gorillaz and others.
