Civil Rights Exhibit Unveiled at Petaluma Historical Museum

On Saturday, the Petaluma Historical Museum unveils its new exhibit focusing on the role of women in the Civil Rights movement.

Women of all colors and socio-economic backgrounds participated in the the fight for racial justice and the exhibit tells some of their stories, from Sojourner Truth to Rosa Parks.

The first day of the exhibit is free, so come on down and stay to hear Foxes in the Hen House, an all-women's band from Petaluma. Concert starts at 3pm and costs $5.
