Music, Easter Bunny at the Outlets and a New Art Exhibit

If your weekend is not already booked with Passover or Easter celebrations, here are a couple of other ideas

On Friday, check out the Peter Welker Sextet, with vocalist Jeff Oster, at the Riverside Bistro starting 6pm. The group is an award-winning band that has been playing together for 35 years. Their recent album "Detour Ahead" was on the jazz charts for 14 weeks and reached #2 in worldwide airplay.

On Saturday, take the kids to the Petaluma outlets for their annual Easter event. Enjoy free crafts and games, visits with the Easter Bunny, Jubilee Jumps and much
 more. 12-3pm.

On Sunday, check out the new exhibit at the Petaluma Arts Center featuring the work of Henry Sugimoto, an iconic figure in 20th century art, and a man whose life is emblematic of the Japanese American experience.

The exhibit will include works by Chiura Obata, a contemporary of Sugimoto, both of whom managed to pursue their art while incarcerated.
