PCA is a non-profit community resource that makes digital video cameras and editing facilities available to the citizens of Petaluma and the immediate region. The media services PCA provides to the public will not be affected by these new hours of operation.

"PCA is adopting these new hours of operation to better accommodate the needs of our members," the organization said in a statement. "PCA’s dedicated staff members are quite often at the office when it is closed to the public, doing many of the technical and administrative tasks important to the functioning of the station.

"In conjunction with this change in operating hours, and to make it as easy as possible for PCA members to make their TV shows, PCA is also offering ‘Access by Appointment,’ an option for producers to use the facilities for advanced editing access or special production needs at times when PCA is normally closed to the public but staff is present."

Complete details of their services and hours of operation are available on their website.
