"Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, work long hours and able to work in a cold temperatures. Pay is $9/hr..." Wow, there's a winner job description. Is this working in Petaluma, or in China at Foxxcon for Apple? Betcha not many white folk apply...

This is why so many people stay on unemployment or what ever aid they can so not to work. Sure the job's are going to come back for wages that were 30+ years ago. Does this mean the cost of living and everthing we buy will go back to that as well? Attorneys, CPA etc, are the people connected with our laws and it appears the laws are not for the working person. So the back bone of America works for a non liveable wage and the attorneys, CPA, Ceo's, High up on the latter managers and business owners will make lot's of money. I do not think it's the white folk As goofpod said it I think anybody with a brain will know how to work the system. Don't work and collect more money then if you work! The ship is not sinking as fast as it was but it is still sinking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was why unions were establish which Regan, Bush and Romney will break and keep down. They win!

Yes, Patch asked Star Staffing who the employer was, but they said that they didn't release that information.

Lawyers rule. Inevitably, in all these situations where the tiniest shred of injustice occurs, or lack of common sense can be tweaked to provide a victim (think hot coffee in the crotch while driving) lawyers smell blood and soak the system for whatever they can. Why should the care that our tax dollars go to their private coffers. Lawyers rule and its breaking out society's back.
