Editor's Note: Bank of Marin released the following announcement.
With the recent acquisition of Bank of Alameda and now 275 employees across five counties, Bank of Marin has always recognized the importance of training and promoting from within as part of its strong company culture.
Bank of Marin launched its Retail Officer Training Program in 2011. What began as a nine-month program expanded to a fifteen-month intensive leadership development program in 2013 and rewards trainees with the title of Assistant Vice President and a role of Assistant Branch Manager in one of the Bank’s 21 branches.
The Bank honored Leah Bryan from Petaluma and Tara Johnson from Sonoma as the most recent graduates of the program at a ceremony on Jan. 28.
Bryan becomes Assistant Branch Manager for the Bank of Marin office on 4th Street in Petaluma and Johnson is now the Assistant Branch Manager for the Bank of Marin office in Greenbrae.
