Old Chicago Pizza Take Out and Delivery

With a sit down restaurant on the west side and a takeout and delivery location at The Plaza North, Old Chicago Pizza is a local favorite. Here's the back story on how this town got lucky twice!

A lifelong Petaluman, David Weinstock has been the owner of Dave’s Auto Repair on Bodega Avenue for almost 33 years.

In the early 1990’s David and Bill Berliner - the owner of Old Chicago Pizza in downtown Petaluma - came together as a team to take Old Chicago to the next level. The result was the establishment of a second branch of Old Chicago Pizza which would focus exclusively on takeout and delivery.  Old Chicago Pizza Takeout and Delivery opened in 1994 on the east side of Petaluma and both restaurants continue going strong today.

What makes Old Chicago Pizza different than other pizzas? It starts with the deep dish crust. Bill, who was born and raised in Chicago, brought the recipe with him to the West Coast. The pizza dough is prepared on site and the secret mix of ingredients makes the thick chewy crust memorable and authentically Chicago. Top that crust with a robust red sauce, a thick layer of melted cheese, and a wide selection of toppings, including fresh vegetables prepped daily and you are officially in Old Chicago heaven.

Not one to stop at excellence, Old Chicago continues to find ways to wow the customer. The iceberg wedge with dressing and blue cheese crumbles is a recent and popular addition. Old Chicago is also becoming known for its oversized freshly baked chocolate chip and mocha chip cookies.

Lately, Old Chicago has begun taking those same cookies and filling them with close to an inch of French vanilla ice cream, creating the Old Chicago Ice Cream Sandwich.  Old Chicago Pizza is consistently voted Petaluma’s best Pizza and once you try them, you’ll understand why.

The downtown Old Chicago Pizza sit down restaurant is located at Petaluma Blvd North and open daily. Phone:  707-763-3897 The Plaza North Old Chicago Pizza Takeout and Delivery is located at 203 N. McDowell Boulevard and is also open daily. Phone:  (707) 766-8600

Just like they question the science of climate change, the right-wingers funding the Drakes BayRead More Oyster Farm's effort to break their deal with the National Park Service now are questioning the peer-reviewed science that led to the decision to end the marine slime and plastic pollution from the corporation's operation. And hate to break it to the author, but Cause of Action is a right-wing funded legal (tax exempt of course) group that takes on conservative causes, such as this effort to overturn the Obama Administration's correct decision to enforce the deal the Lunny's made.
