Update: Adobe Road Reopened After Big Rig Crash

A roadway in Petaluma has reopened after a crash that overturned a big rig and ignited a small grass fire caused a nearly three-hour closure, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The crash was reported around 8:41 a.m. on westbound Adobe Road near Stage Gulch Road, according to the CHP.

The collision reportedly sparked a small grass fire, which was quickly extinguished, and left a large amount of gravel from the big rig in the roadway, according to the CHP.
