Meet Ed Cerar, a retired Petaluma resident who spends a great deal of time carrying cans of paint and a roller around town. That's because Cerar is the founder of Petalumans Eradicating Graffiti and the go-to guy when someone reports vandalism on city property.
"Petaluma is my town," says Cerar. "If I don't clean it, who will?"
