Police arrested two men on suspicion of vandalism in Petaluma last week in separate incidents.

Wednesday, July 17

The search for a suspected bike thief led police to a creek near the Petaluma river, where they say they found their man in hiding, fully submerged. Police identified the suspect as Robert Lee Ball, 52 of Petaluma.

 

Thursday, July 18

Sonoma County Supervisor Efren Carrillo made his first court appearance less than week after being arrested on suspicion of felony burglary and misdemeanor prowling at a woman's residence in the area of Stony Point Road and West Third Street in west Santa Rosa.

 

Friday, July 19

A Petaluma man was arrested this morning on suspicion of indecent exposure, authorities said.

The alleged incident occurred at a Starbucks parking lot on 5306 Old Redwood Highway at about 9 a.m., police Sgt. Jim Stephenson said.
