What Are You Thankful For?

Share your thoughts with other readers

Although gratitude should not be contained to Thanksgiving alone, it's a holiday that reminds us to be thankful for what we have.

So you tell us: What are you thankful for this holiday season?

Your family? Your friends? The community you live in? Share your story of gratitude with our readers. Patch will then compile the comments into a gratitude slideshow.

Submit your stories in the comments, via our Facebook page or by sending an email to karina@patch.com

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

My faith! My husband! We have tackled so much together and come out stronger after each hurdle. My children! My baby that's on the way! The roof over my head, food on the table, clothes on my body and the ability to provide these things for my family. My friends, family and support system.

We are grateful for living in the United States. Even with all our problems, I'm proud to be an American and that the best man won the presidential election. No, he's not perfect, but consider the alternate. THAT would have been terrible.

I am grateful for my education at UC Berkeley in landscape design which allows me to live in beautiful Sonoma county and to pursue a creative career here. One after another creative challenge occurs. I welcome my vocation! Ingrid Larnis of GardenTender.
