Healthcare Foundation Northern Sonoma County is a local non-profit organization that supports healthcare in Windsor, Healdsburg, Geyserville, and Cloverdale. We raise funds to provide grants, scholarships and other assistance for Alliance Medical Center, Alexander Valley Healthcare, Healdsburg District Hospital, PDI Surgery Center, Healthy For Life, and Sonoma State University’s Family Nurse Practitioner Scholarships. We also produce Health Happens Here free community forums, which gives everyone an opportunity to learn from local experts about the latest topics in health.
