Bring your gloves. East Washington near the overpass is a mess with papers/trash all along it. Ever take the Southbound exit for East Washington? That off-ramp (at the stop light) is just littered with trash.
Is this how we want visitors (and even residents) to first see Petaluma?! And then on the east bound side of Washington near the 101 overpass, there is tons of trash.
I'll supply the trash bags. Just bring some gloves and wear a bright colored shirt and if enough people show up we can finish this by 11:00am and go back to our families/friends. Let's meet in the parking lot at Fed Ex office.
