An Open House and Meditation Retreat with Kunga Dawa (Richard Arthure)

We are absolutely delighted to announce that, Kunga Dawa, a very close and one of the first western students of Chӧgyam Trungpa, is coming to the Sonoma Shambhala Center for our next “First Thursday Open House & Dharma Night” PLUS a day-and-a-half-long Meditation Retreat.  Those present at Kunga Dawa’s programs last year in Sonoma were so profoundly affected by the depth of his teaching (not to mention his charming and entertaining stories about his life with Chӧgyam Trungpa) that we supplicated him to return.  Fortunately for all of us, he consented.

First Thursday Open House & Dharma Night
Thursday, November 1st, 7:00 - 9:00 pm

There is no charge for our Open House evenings, though there will be an opportunity should you wish to provide a teacher’s gift in any amount based upon your inspiration.
