Join us for an evening of exquisite vegan fare, prepared by Chef Miyoko Schinner. These cheesy recipes come straight from her (third) Vegan cook book, Artisan Vegan Cheeses.
Come prepared for some food education, tasty bites, locally roasted coffee and locally crafted wines! Think, gruyere fondue, kale-pear-cranberry salad, and ultimate chocolate mouse.
