Make Your Own Truffles

Viva Cocolat is hosting a special hands-on crafting event where you are the chocolatier and make your own truffle creations.

Viva Cocolat will supply an assortment of ganaches and coatings, and you supply the creative genius to dip, roll and coat as many truffles as you’d like.  Instruction will be provided for dipping and rolling truffles. You pay for the truffles made by weight, so make them big or make them small, either way they’ll be special.

A transport box will be provided to bring home your creations.

Great way to spend time with family and friends, while making holiday gifts for loved ones!  Indulge the chocolatier inside and come make some truffles!

Skill Level:  Beginner to Advanced

Fee:  $12 / person, plus cost of truffles by weight ($1.93/oz, typical truffle is 0.7 oz)
