Petaluma Downtown Craft Mart presents its fourth annual “Holiday Crafterino” show, Saturday, November 24 at the Petaluma Veterans Memorial Building.

The show brings together the best in handmade gifts and raises funds for several worthy causes. There will be a toy drive for Toys for Tots and a bakesale put on by both Valley Vista and Cherry Valley Elementary schools. Shoppers can bring a toy donation to the event and in return receive a free ticket for a chance to win one of several raffle prizes.

Started in 2009 by several crafty local gals, the Petaluma Downtown Craft Mart continues to offer Sonoma County a well curated collection of products and an opportunity to purchase directly from local talent.

All profits and proceeds from Holiday Crafterino go to COTS - the Committee on the Shelterless, our local homeless service provider in Petaluma. Over the past three years, this event has raised close to $4,000 for the organization and hopes to donate even more this year.

The first 50 attendees will receive a fabulous reusable gift bag hand silk-screened by local artist and event co-planner Jennifer Paisley, which is stuffed with goodies from local artists and shops.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to enter the all day raffles for more incredible prizes and gifts generously donated by local businesses like StitchCraft and iLeoni.

The Petaluma Downtown Craft Mart is organized by a group local artisans: Nicole Vasbinder of StitchCraft, Melissa Abercrombie of Blue Ribbon Salvage, Carrie Caudle of Moonpath Designs, Jennifer Paisley of Blockhead Press, Tami Lovett-Brumfeld of The Felt Baron, Patti Looper of Patti Lou Designs, Samantha Barsky of note-ify and Alice Kelzer of Fourty in Five.
