Spices to Increase Your Immunity

Christine Bandettini, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with certificates to work with those having special needs and Ayurvedic Rejuvenation, will lead a workshop on how to choose correct foods to enhance your body/mind.


In this class, we will make chutney or Masala spice mix for curry (Bring your own jar), learning how to nurture and balance your unique Body/Mind 


Hand-outs and recipes included. Please bring paper and pen/pencil for notes
