This exercise program based on the Sun Style of Tai Chi is especially suited for arthritis because it is gentle, effective, safe and easy to learn. Tai chi is characterized by flowing movements combined with relaxed breathing and calm awareness. Suitable for most people, feels good. Arthritis not a prerequisite! age 18 and up.
Wear loose comfortable clothing any closed flat shoes suitable for exercise with be fine.
