The Santa Rosa Mortuary family knows that the holidays can be difficult for those who are grieving the loss of a loved one. The Tree of Remembrance and Candle Lighting, designed for all faiths, will be held twice this year. On Tuesday December 4, 6PM at Eggen & Lance Chapel, and Wednesday December 5, 6PM at Fred Young Funeral Home in Cloverdale.

December 4 Highlights:

  • The Westview Christian Church Choir will provide a special program.

December 5 Highlights:

  • Father Ed Howell, Church of the Good Shepard

Both evenings offer opportunities for family and friends to create a new holiday tradition that includes those loved ones.  Please stop in and hang an ornament on the tree and light a candle in memory of your loved one.

This is a free event and refreshments will be served. For details call Santa Rosa: 707-545-3747 or Cloverdale: 707-894-2540.

Not to mention we have been in a global cooling period for the last 12 years. Yet you continue with your environmental religion mantra. Unless you own the property you have no say in how it is used. Just like they question the science of climate change, the right-wingers funding the Drakes BayRead More Oyster Farm's effort to break their deal with the National Park Service now are questioning the peer-reviewed science that led to the decision to end the marine slime and plastic pollution from the corporation's operation. And hate to break it to the author, but Cause of Action is a right-wing funded legal (tax exempt of course) group that takes on conservative causes, such as this effort to overturn the Obama Administration's correct decision to enforce the deal the Lunny's made.
