Fallon Hills Ranch Collaborative Dinner with Tender Greens and Bluestem Brasserie

On Saturday, July 27th from 1:00 to 7:00
p.m.
 Fallon Hills Ranch’s Kevin Malloney,
Tender Greens executive chef Sean Canavan and Bluestem Brasserie executive chef
Francis Hogan will host a unique summer ranch tour and al fresco dining
experience on the beautiful family run 300-acre ranch in Petaluma, California.



 



Guests will be treated to an
afternoon of appetizers and wine, followed by a ranch tour led by Kevin
Malloney. The evening will culminate in a seated four-course collaborative
dinner against the backdrop of the rolling hills of Fallon Hills

Both chefs are known for their
commitment to sustainability, bringing the finest seasonal ingredients to life
on the plate.  Having worked together as the opening chefs of Bluestem,
they are again sharing the kitchen with a collaborative menu highlighting the
best of Fallon Hills’ grass-fed beef and lamb.
