A Summer Walk in the Vineyard- Flocchini Family Estate

Join us for a summer stroll in the vineyards, featuring pinot noir, syrah, and chardonnay grapes grown within the distinguished Sonoma Coast appellation. We will learn about sustainable agricultural practices on this working ranch, farmed for grapes and pasture in Lakeville area, Petaluma.  A cool climate and rich soils (based on years of grazing by dairy cows) help the vineyard produce premium quality wines. You'll meet the landowners and vineyard manager and learn about the family's 90 year commitment to stewardship and sustainable farming. This 153 acre ranch was protected by the Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation & Open Space District in 2004 for its agricultural heritage and scenic views of the Lakeville area greenbelt. Easy walk.  Space is limited. Must register on-line at: www.sscrcd.org/php
