Community Update

Once in a blue moon, a business offers such exceptionally bad customer service that I just have to recognize them for their achievement. Congrats go to Todd @Leo's Vacuum - never has a business owner been so rude and insulting within 30 seconds of entering the shop. After explaining that i had just had my vacuum fixed 1.5 months ago, he tersely replied "well you can just get that thought out of your head." I replied, "excuse me?!" and he answered with "you can get that thought out of your head that I broke your vacuum; you abused this vacuum!" He told me the filter that he had just replaced was worn out. The prior filter from the manufacturer lasted 4 years. Then I was told to leave his store as he was calling the police. I kid you not, this store manager must have been taking some powerful drugs! He even had the nerve to call me back later on the phone, not to apologize, but to explain to me how I must have broken my vacuum. Buyer be warned, stay far away from this store!
