Eat Your Fill at Petaluma Crab Feeds

Get your bib on! Crab feeds are in full swing over the next several weekends.

If you’re looking for something seasonal to do on this weekend, you have not one but two opportunities to chow down on crustaceans – and more to look forward to in coming weeks.

At 5:30 on Saturday afternoon, Jan. 28, ’s PTO is throwing their fifth annual Crab Feed, but park the kids somewhere else: This is for the parents and teachers, with cocktails at 5:30 and the dinner at 6:30. There will also be a silent auction and raffle prizes, all to support the school. $40 in advance or at the door. .

Then at 6 p.m., Boy Scouts Troop 9 presents a more child-friendly event at . Their is a fund-raiser to help pay for summer camp fees. Crab as well as pasta, green salad and homemade garlic bread will be served. For the whole meal it’s $40, if you just want the pasta and sides it’s half-price, $20. .

Still hungry? Next weekend there’s the annual All-You-Can Eat Crab Feed and Raffle on Saturday, Feb. 4, with a Boys and Girls Club “” the same day.

The weekend following there’s the at the on Sunday, Feb. 12; and the following Friday the Rotary Club Crab Feed on Feb. 17, again at the Veterans Memorial Building.
