The first annual Petaluma Holiday Treasure Hunt has completed its first year.

I want to thank everyone of you that took a little time out of your day to read this post and more time to enjoy the outdoors of our City. I hope this grows next year and there are a lot more of you walking the streets and paths and looking at your surroundings instead of the screen on your cell phone.

There is card with an identification number on it secured with duct tape; find the spot, tell me the code numbers and you can pick up your $64.00 at Fruit in Motion and pick out the photo you would like and I will give you a 16X20 professional quality print of your favorite photo in my collection as well.

I will be posting a photo of something within the city limits of our town.

It is your job to find out exactly where the subject is or if the photo is of a scene you have to tell me where I was when I took the shot.
If you are the first one to correctly identify the photo by writing to this blog, you will receive a free; 8X10 color print of the photo or an 8X10 of any one of mine you see on display at Fruit in Motion; 3 4th street in the McNear building
It will be a professional quality print from Shutterbug

It is simple, I love our town; Petaluma and am trying to encourage everyone to get outside and walk around; SEE, Petaluma with all its diverse landscapes and architecture and enjoy i as much as I do.

By the way; it is OK to pick up trash when you see it, if it is too big; please report it to the City so they can remove it, if you see unwanted "graffiti" you can let me know or call the hotline at 707-778-6900 

Everyday is "Earth Day" in Petaluma; wouldn't you like to have a reputation as the "Cleanest City in the World"  I would!
