a very calm day on the River yesterday; a 4 mile round trip from the turn basin to the outlet mall parking lot area. Next week there will be 7' tides; the area will be very accessible, check the tide chart at ezfshn.com there is a 40 minute variance from the drawbridge to the outlet mall.
