I love this place! These shots were taken right on the other side of the flood barriers, as you approach them; stop paddling and shhhh..get your camera ready, you will find a group of egrets on the tree to the right and on the higher branches of the bare tree on the right, typically resting is a larger Egret and an occasional great Heron and sometimes a Turkey vulture .. enjoy
