28 Year Old Woman Arrested for 4th DUI

Caught driving drunk on East Washington Street near Keller on Friday

A 28-year-old woman with three DUIs on her record was arrested for drunk driving Friday after a police officer saw her abruptly change lanes and nearly collide with another vehicle.

Fallon Elaine Wilson, a Petaluma resident, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence near the corner of East Washington and Keller streets Friday shortly after 12pm. A breathalyzer showed that Wilson's blood-alcohol level was .12.

Wilson was driving on a suspended license, due to prior encounters with the law and was on active DUI probation. Under the terms, she was not allowed to use alcohol or drive under the influence, and operate a vehicle only if she was licensed and insured.
