UPDATE: 13-Acre Brush Fire East of Petaluma Contained Thursday Afternoon

UPDATED: Friday, June, 20, 2 a.m.

Firefighters battled a 13-acre grass fire in Sonoma County on Thursday afternoon, a Cal Fire dispatcher said.

The fire east of Petaluma was reported at 3 p.m. when it was around 3 acres in size in the 4400 block of Adobe Road, a Cal Fire spokesman said.

Firefighters from Lakeville, Cal Fire and Novato responded to the blaze, the spokesman said.

The fire was contained around 4 p.m., according to the dispatcher. No injuries were reported.

Firefighters are at the scene of a 7-acre grass fire in the 4400 block of Adobe Road in Sonoma County this afternoon, a Cal Fire spokesman said.

The fire east of Petaluma, was reported at 3 p.m. when it was around 3 acres in size.

Firefighters from Lakeville, Cal Fire and Novato responded to the blaze, the spokesman said.
