Asphalt and gravel has spilled onto southbound Highway 101 in Santa Rosa, snarling traffic and closing two lanes.
The CHP says the incident is at Wilfred Avenue, and was first reported around 9:07 a.m. At 9:12 a.m., the CHP said traffic was slowing to 2 mph.
The No. 2 and 3 lanes are closed, but the fast lane remains open, the CHP website says.
