Community Office Hours with Petaluma PD

Angry about noise in your neighborhood or concerned about what's happening in the police department? Here's your chance to let the police chief know how you feel

Teachers hold office hours. So does Petaluma Patch (at Apple Box, ya'all and yes, we will be having another one soon.) And so perhaps it's only appropriate that the Petaluma Police Department does the same as it seeks to improve its relationship with the public.

This Friday, September 23, and again on Tuesday, September 27, groups of Petaluma police officers will be visiting schools and businesses in an effort to listen to their concerns. Petaluma Police Chief Danny Fish will also be in Putnam Plaza from 11AM - 1PM on both days and free to speak with residents.

The department stresses that the outreach activity will not affect patrol coverage and will not incur any overtime expenses. Aww. Now ain't that nice?
