Some highlights from the Petaluma Police Department's calls for service

Items were stolen from a car parked on Ellis Street near the Fairgrounds on Monday, February 28. The vehicle was also reportedly vandalized.

Christopher Johnson, 36, was arrested for kidnapping, false imprisonment and felony domestic violence assault on Petaluma Boulevard Monday, February 28.

Jimmy Freebury, 28, of Windsor, was arrested Monday, February 28 in the 300 block of Edith Street on charges of possession of a controlled substance for sale, drug paraphernalia and intercepting public safety radio communication.

Aleh Pekun, 24, of Fair Oaks, was arrested Monday, February 28 on Alma Court, for stalking and making threats with intent to terrorize.

Michael Lerner, 29, was cited for vandalizing property on Second Street in downtown Petaluma.

Brian Giuliani, 18, was cited and released for carrying a dagger in the area of Baywood Drive and Catalpa Way on Sunday, February 27.

A burglary from a car was reported on East Court on the Westside on Friday, February 25.
