On Thursday, April 28, Joselito Jackson, 45, was arrested after he was spotted brandishing a knife at passing cars in the 300 block of Petaluma Blvd. North around 5pm. The Rohnert Park resident was in possession of a six inch folding knife and was under the influence of a controlled substance.

On Wednesday, Robert Hicks, 55, was arrested for setting fire to a property, in the 900 block of Hopper Street.

On Sunday, April 24, Marcos Licea, 29, of Santa Rosa, was arrested on charges of exposing himself to a woman in the 100 block of Western Avenue at 2am. The victim was able to flag down a police car and describe the suspect. Police quickly set up a perimeter of the area and located Licea hiding in a nearby alley. He was charged with indecent exposure and obstructing an officer, because he had turned his shirt inside out to avoid being spotted by police.

On Thursday, April 21, Kristopher Weber, 29, was arrested on charges of felony shoplifting at Petaluma Market.

On Tuesday, April 19, police received a report of a suspect shooting into an dwelling on East Washington. It was unoccupied at the time.

On Monday, April 18, police took a fraud report in connection with online identity theft on Dove Lane.
