Deputies Investigate Shooting That Left a Female Uninjured But Covered in Someone Else's Blood
The investigation is ongoing and deputies are looking into connections between the shooting, the unharmed female covered in blood and a nearby business where a party occurred.

Investigators are working to understand what led up to a shooting that left an uninjured female covered in someone else's blood in Santa Rosa on Saturday night, sheriff's deputies said.
At about 9:45 p.m. on Saturday, the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office received a 911 call requesting help in the 1600 block of Sebastopol Road. The caller reported that several Hispanic males were shooting at one another, according to deputies.
Sheriff's deputies responded to the area and soon located the scene of the shooting in the 1700 block of Sebastopol Road, near Stony Point Road.
At the scene, deputies found a female covered in someone else's blood and uninjured.
An expended shell casing was found nearby, deputies said. Occupants of an adjacent business were having a party at the time and confirmed that a shooting had occurred, but did not provide investigators with much information, deputies said.
Santa Rosa police and the California Highway Patrol assisted sheriff's deputies during the investigation by providing Spanish-speaking interpreters and helping to secure the scene.
