The California Highway Patrol has reopened the eastbound lane of state Highway 37 just west of Skaggs Island Road in Solano County that was closed for about three hours because of a jackknifed big-rig.
The California Highway Patrol said eastbound Highway 37 was closed after the big-rig tanker hit the center divider and jackknifed around 1:30 p.m. A Sig-alert was issued at 1:57 p.m.
Eastbound traffic was diverted onto state Highway 121, the CHP said. Westbound traffic on state Highway 37 also was backed up almost to Mare Island, the CHP said.
All lames of the highway were open at 4:22 p.m.
