The group Justice For Andy Lopez plans to confront the Sonoma County District Attorney at 11:30 a.m. today -- Friday -- at the Fountain Grove Inn in Santa Rosa where a Sonoma County District Attorney candidate forum is scheduled.
The groups is calling for an indictment against Sonoma County Sheriff's Deputy Erick Gelhaus, 48, who shot Andy Lopez, 13, seven times on Oct. 22, 2013 when he mistook a BB pellet gun the boy was carrying for an AK-47 assault rifle.
