Man Robs Another During Lagunitas Brewery Tour

First befriends him, then demands his wallet at knifepoint

A Windsor man was arrested after he robbed another man in the bathroom of Lagunitas after both had gone on a tour of the brewery, according to Petaluma Police.

Ben Davis, 26, was charged with armed robbery after police say he befriended another man on the tour, but later approached him with a knife in the bathroom and demanded his wallet. He then fled in his car.

The victim’s girlfriend had taken a photo of Davis earlier in the tour and that along with other information led officers to Davis's workplace in Windsor where he was arrested. He was later booked at Sonoma County Jail.
