Motorist Exposes Himself to Student

The man called out to a girl as she walked home from school, exposed himself and drove away, according to police.

Petaluma Police are searching for a man who allegedly exposed himself to a student as she walked home from school.

The 14-year-old student was walking home from school along the 1000 block of Catalpa Way at 3:13 p.m., when a man drove up to her and called out.

As she turned her head to look at him, police say the motorist exposed himself to her and drove away. The man was driving a light blue or green Honda or Toyota.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male adult, 20-30 years old, with short black hair and a mustache.

Police searched the area of the alleged incident but were unable to locate him. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact Officer Matt Frick at 778-4372.

Actually, I remember this creep from an almost identical incidence a couple of months back around 8th street on the Westside. Same M.O., that was a few months ago and this creep is still at large

Someone, somewhere will get his picture and he'll be caught. Nearly everyone nowadays has a camera with a phone. It's great that this girl got the information that she did. Teach your kids to be information gatherers. When something shocking occurs it catches you off guard. With practice and intention, your brain will automatically click into information gathering mode. One reason criminals like this prey on young people is they have less of a chance of getting caught. Let's empower our kids. I will be on the look out for this guy . . .
