The man who was found dead under the D Street Bridge this week in an apparent suicide was Bram Stinson, according to his brother, reports the Press Democrat.
Stinson, 24, was a Petaluma native.
Police said the area where Stinson was found is "typically frequented by transients." Stinson's death marked the third time in a month a dead body had been found in Petaluma.
