"Petaluma PD is currently involved in a police activity in the West Haven/Windsor area.
"Please avoid this area at this time.
"Be on lookout for a Caucasian Male, mid 20's, wearing blue shorts and no shirt. If you see a subject matching the description, call Petaluma PD 707-762-2727."
