Police Arrest Man Accused of Beating Victim at Gas Station

Officers responded to reports of a physical altercation at the Miwok Shell station where a man hit a Petaluma resident with a small baseball bat.

Novato police arrested a man accused of hitting Petaluma resident with a small baseball bat during a fight at a gas station near Redwood Boulevard Saturday afternoon, according to Sgt. Eric Riddell.

Officers responded to reports of a physical altercation at the Miwok Shell station at 7473 Redwood Blvd. at 1:56 p.m. They found the victim, who was
bleeding about the head, Riddell said.

The victim told police he was attacked by an unknown subject, who hit him with a small baseball bat. He said the attack was unprovoked, according to Riddell.

Police located a suspect who matched a witness' description of the attacker in the area. After reviewing video of the attack, officer identified 19-year-old Elfego Aguilar as the suspect.

Aguilar was booked in Marin County Jail on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a billy club and gang enhancement.

in January 2011, then chief joe kreins and city manager michael franks issued a letter to the people of the city of novato in response to the double attempted murders by illegal alien gang members at the Nave Safeway. The letter stated that the police department was seeking out a Caucasian motorcycle gang in their effort at crime suppression. That statement was made, in writing, because it is politically incorrect and against city council policy to acknowledge that there is illegal alien gang activity in novato and marin. novato is a sanctuary city and no one is permitted to admit that there are illegal aliens living here and that there is illegal alien gang activity.

I slept in. It is difficult to rant for 3 years. I get tired. See below. And there is no mention of whether or not the accused, Aguilar, is an illegal alien because "transparency" in government does not extend to anything that might reflect baldy upon their national socialism social engineering. This information , in the past, was included in the county jail arrest and custody online log. but when I made weekly reports about the number and severity of illegal alien crimes in Novato and Marin, the sanctuary advocates at the turquoise puzzle palace deleted that information. Transparency? Hello! Is anyone listening? Why are there not 50,000 comments on this news?
