Police Blotter April 10-17

This is not a complete list of calls for service or arrests, but only the highlights of some of the incidents Petaluma police responded to in the past week

A burglary was reported on Vallejo Street at 3pm Friday, April 15.

A stolen car was reported on Second Street at 5am Thursday, April 14.

Harold Powell was arrested on charges of theft of a vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle, violating probation and driving on a suspended license after being stopped in the 700 block of Webster Avenue Wednesday, April 13.

A car was reported stolen on Lakeville Street (police did not provide block number or cross street) around 8am Tuesday, April 12.

Sean Sarter, 18, was arrested on charges of trespassing, entering a property without consent and being in possession of burglary tools in the 800 block of Fifth Street on Monday, April 11.

Carlos Vallejo, 21, was arrested on charges of carrying a concealed weapon, resisting arrest and violating probation after being stopped on Martin Circle on Sunday, April 10.

John Allen, 46, was arrested in his Petaluma home (police did not provide the address) during a DUI sweep conducted on Sunday, April 10. He was one of five Sonoma County residents with outstanding warrants for driving  under the influence, police said.

A burglary from a vehicle was reported at 10:30pm on Magnolia Avenue on Sunday, April 10.
