The Petaluma Police Department received a report today -- Thursday afternoon -- of a newer silver van occupied by a older male driver, possibly Hispanic, reportedly asking children for help finding his puppy.
This incident occurred near Loma Vista Immersion Academy on Maria Drive, police said.
